Bridget completed a journalism degree at Macquarie University in 2007, and is currently studying Honours in Government and International Relations at Sydney University. Her Honours thesis was on strategic unionism in the 'Your Rights at Work' campaign. Her research interests are: social policy, feminism, leadership, and industrial relations and she hopes to pursue a career in academics. Bridget has been awarded an APAI scholarship funded by the ARC Linkage grant project ‘Grandparents as Primary Carers of their Grandchildren: a national, state and territory analysis’.
